Victoria Ryder

I joined the team at NUH Life in January 2023 as Quality Manager and took on the additional role of HFEA Person Responsible in September 2025. I am legally responsible for all our licensed activity and staff, leading our Quality Management System, working towards ISO 15189 accreditation and driving our clinic development strategy. I am also our Complaints Officer at NUH Life and responsible for patient feedback.

I am an HCPC registered Clinical Scientist, with over 15 years’ experience of working in fertility in clinical, operational and leadership roles. I bring a wealth of experience as a previous IVF Lab Manager, Embryologist and Donor Coordinator. Working in fertility is a huge privilege, and I am passionate about providing ethical, transparent and compassionate fertility care to all.

Outside of work I enjoy travel (both far-flung exotic holidays and closer to home in my campervan), spending time outdoors, and singing loudly in the gym to a variety of 00s classics.
